About David
David Sims is a former NFL safety who spent time with five NFL organizations — the New York Giants, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Cleveland Browns, Philadelphia Eagles, and Indianapolis Colts — before playing for the Toronto Argonauts in the CFL. An Iowa State University alumnus, David has competed at the highest levels of North American football on both sides of the border.
As a Nike Performance Coach and Jordan Brand Master Trainer, David leads all strength and conditioning work at Hustle Athletics. His background in physiotherapy and athletic recovery shapes the program's approach to athlete durability and performance.
David currently serves as Defensive Coordinator and DB Coach at St. Michael's College School and is the founder of Shredsco, an athletic recovery brand. As Co-Founder and President of Hustle Athletics, David leads in-person training, brand partnerships, and athlete development across every tier in the program.
