About Will
William K Noakes is a former Carleton Ravens defensive lineman who ranked 5th in Canada at his position and 10th in the country overall in the class of 2013. A product of the Canadian football system, Will has spent his post-playing career coaching and developing defensive football players at every level of the game.
Will currently serves as a Defensive Assistant and Regional Recruiter at the University of Toronto, Defensive Coordinator for the Toronto Jr. Argos U16 program, and Defensive Assistant and DL Coach at St. Michael's College School.
As Co-Founder and CEO of Hustle Athletics, Will oversees the strategic direction of the program, leads film sessions with the coaching staff, and manages the academic and recruiting support systems built into every football tier. He coaches defensive linemen and linebackers within the program.
