The Sophomore tier is where the full Hustle Athletics program begins. This is not just training. It is a complete developmental system built around what a defensive football player actually needs to get to the next level. Strength and speed training, film sessions with the coaching staff, custom nutrition protocols, academic advising, and recruiting support — all in one program.

Every component is built to work together. The nutrition supports the training. The academic advising protects the eligibility. The recruiting support starts now, not in Grade 12.
