The Varsity tier is built for athletes who have moved past the high school level but have not stopped developing. University athletes managing a demanding academic and athletic schedule, professional athletes in their off-season, or anyone training at an elite level who needs structured physical development and testing to keep tracking progress.

The Varsity tier is not a scaled-down program. It is built specifically for athletes at this stage — higher training volume, more demanding progressions, and a coaching staff that understands what competing at this level actually requires.

What’s Included

• Multiple weekly strength, speed, and coordination sessions

• Training designed for a higher training age and advanced physical profile

• Quarterly combine-style testing for continued benchmarking

• Partner network access at preferred rates (physio, FST, chiro)

• Performance tracking and progress reports

• Private cohort testing days

Varsity athletes train with the same coaching staff and at the same standard as every other tier in the program. What changes is the programming — designed for where they actually are, not where they were three years ago.
